Terms of service

The agreement between you and Visamigo when you use this website or ask for alerts.

Last updated 14 October 2026

Who we are

Visamigo is a trading name of IWEBRON LIMITED (company no. 15229010), 121 Burney Drive, Eagle Farm South, Wavendon, Milton Keynes MK17 7BT, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@visamigo.com.

What the service is

Visamigo watches the public appointment calendars of UK visa application centres and tells you, on the channel you choose, when appointment slots appear for the countries you choose.

The service is currently free. If we ever offer paid features we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you will only pay if you choose to.

What the service is not

We do not book, hold, buy or resell appointments, and we do not complete or submit visa applications or documents for you. We do not give immigration or legal advice.

Visamigo is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International, any government, embassy or consulate. You book your appointment yourself, on the official portal, and pay any official fees directly to the body that charges them.

No guarantee

Visa centres decide when appointments exist and who gets them. An alert means we saw availability at that moment; slots can be taken within minutes. We do not promise that you will receive every alert, that an alert will arrive in time, or that you will secure an appointment or a visa. The appointment calendar on the official portal is always the final word — check it before you act.

Your part

Give us contact details you are entitled to use, and keep them up to date. Use the alerts for yourself and the people you are applying with. Do not misuse the website — for example by trying to break it, overload it, or scrape it — and follow the official portal's own terms when you book.

Stopping alerts

You can stop alerts at any time by replying STOP or emailing hello@visamigo.com. We may stop or change the service, or stop sending alerts to someone who misuses it; if we stop the service altogether we will tell you.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Because it is free and depends on calendars we do not control, we are not responsible for losses caused by a missed, late or inaccurate alert, by a visa centre's decisions, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please tell us first if something has gone wrong (see Complaints) — most things can be put right quickly.

We may update these terms; the version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
